About research reports
Professional researchers at the Fuji Keizai Group provide original research reports by collecting and analyzing information mainly through in-person interviews and surveys.
We annually publish over 100 reports on food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial equipment, electronics, ICT solutions, chemicals, energy, environmental and social infrastructure, construction, and automobiles in order to meet a broad range of client needs.
Research reports are classified into multi-client special research projects, Digitalpress, and market research documents according to the degrees of expertise and customizability. We provide research reports not only in sheet or book form, but also as digital data suitable for clients’ purposes of use.
For these projects, we propose a common research plan to multiple clients and ask those interested to participate in order to create a research report, unlike single client research designed for individual clients.
In these research projects, subjects are narrowed down to explore details in the same way as in single client research. However, survey findings are shared among participant clients. Since survey costs are shared among multiple clients, multi-client special research projects provide the advantage of obtaining survey findings comparable with commissioned studies at a lower cost than for single client research.
Process from presenting a research proposal to delivering a report
When clients consider participating in the proposal phase, we can reflect requests in the proposal within its scope and hold individual briefing sessions when delivering reports. Please note that although research reports are provided after a survey is completed, this particular service is limited to those who applied for it when participants were invited.
Digitalpress is a new form of research report named by combining “digital” + “express.” We carefully select hot topics and analyze them from the Fuji Keizai Group’s unique perspective.
Through this service, survey findings are provided swiftly at low prices when compared with multi-client special research projects. Digitalpress reports are used to increase accuracy for projects and to highlight noteworthy points common among industries.
Reports are the same in length and pricewise, and delivered as digital data.
Market research documents are reports we compile that contain analyses of basic market data, trends and shares, distribution and sales promotion activities, customer characteristics, and company case studies. The data is collected through surveys on food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial equipment, electronics, ICT solutions, chemicals, energy, environmental and social infrastructure, construction, and automobiles independently planned and conducted by the Fuji Keizai Group.
Almost every report is revised once each year or two and thus serves as basic data for formulating strategic business and market deployment plans.
The Fuji Keizai Group provides research reports not only in sheets or in book form, but also as digital data suitable for clients’ purposes of use.
Among them, marketing research documents and Digitalpress reports are included in PDFs/data editions that are provided on CDs or DVDs and restricted to use on only one PC. A network package allows use by an unlimited number of users in offices connected to an internal network.
